For this role, we can hire candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal or The Netherlands About the Team You'll join a small but high-impact Accounting & Controlling team at a pivotal moment in Typeform's journey. As we've grown into a global SaaS business, our finance function is evolving to support greater scale, complexity, and ambition. We're investing in stronger financial controls, more sophisticated accounting operations, and systems that will enable our next stage of growth. You'll partner closely with the VP of Accounting & Controlling, serving as their strategic deputy and helping lead both the day-to-day function and the longer-term evolution of our accounting organization. Together, you'll build a world-class finance operation that is scalable, resilient, and ready for what's next. About the Role As Director of Accounting & Controlling, you'll lead the operational accounting function while helping shape the future of finance at Typeform. Reporting to the VP of Accounting & Controlling, you'll own the integrity of our global accounting operations, oversee a growing team, and drive initiatives that strengthen financial controls, improve efficiency, and support international growth. You'll combine technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and operational excellence, ensuring the business continues to scale on solid financial foundations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, mentor and develop the accounting team, and play a key role in transforming
