Junior Inbound Sales Representative - Spanish Market EU GTM | Barcelona, Spain About the team Our Barcelona Inbound Sales team is at the heart of how SumUp grows in Spain. What you'll do Handle inbound leads from Spanish merchants via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them from first contact through to activation Run product demonstrations and use value-based selling to match merchants with the right SumUp solution Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call, while maintaining a high standard of conversation quality Track pipeline, log activity, and manage leads accurately in Salesforce Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners in Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience You'll be great for this role if… You have experience in a sales environment, ideally inbound or telesales, with a strong track record of hitting targets. You're comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based role where resilience and a positive attitude make all the difference. You speak Spanish at a native or near-native level, with solid English for internal communication. You have strong organisational habits, particularly when it comes to pipeline management and CRM discipline. You bring a coachable, team-first mindset with a genuine drive to build a career in sales.
