Our Strategic team is looking for a Strategy Planner to join us in Madrid . We’re searching for someone with strong strategic thinking, a sharp cultural eye, and a genuine interest in social platforms, digital behaviors and what’s happening right now. This role is ideal for a planner who thinks social-first , understands how ideas live and grow on platforms, and can also connect that thinking to broader omnichannel / 360º campaigns . A key part of the role involves structuring strategic narratives, building decks and presenting strategy both internally and to clients. Your role will include… Researching culture, consumer behaviors, trends and emerging signals , with a strong focus on digital and social ecosystems. Translating insights from research, platforms and culture into clear strategic opportunities . Preparing benchmarks and competitor analysis, understanding how brands show up across online and offline touchpoints . Writing creative briefs that clearly frame the strate
