What you'll be doing As our Regional Manager Corporate Welfare, you'll drive the strategic expansion of our Welfare services across key northern regions through structured outbound sales and a relentless focus on high-value business development. Here's what that looks like in practice: New Business Development & Upselling - Own and drive a proactive sales strategy focused on acquiring new corporate clients and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with Key Account Managers. Structured Outbound Prospecting - Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by executing high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting techniques. Territorial Market Ownership - Act as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees). Budget & Target Management - Take full accountability for achieving ambitious individual and area semesterly targets, focusing closely on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe & Flexible benefit solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work in close, frequent synergy with the Key
