SDR Team Lead EU GTM | Cologne, Germany About the team 🙌 SumUp's SDR function is one of the fastest-growing parts of our European sales engine — and we need a Team Lead in Cologne who's ready to own it. You'll be the person your team looks to every day: coaching, calling it out, keeping energy high, and driving results that actually move the needle. This isn't a seat-warmer role. You'll shape how your team operates, build habits that stick, and create a culture where people genuinely want to perform. If you've been a top SDR and you're ready to lead — this is your moment. 👇 What you'll do 🧑🤝🧑 Lead and coach a team of SDRs in Cologne — drive performance across outbound activity, qualified appointments, and pipeline contribution ☀️ Run daily rituals that actually matter — standups, call reviews, 1:1s — keeping the team sharp and motivated 📊 Track KPIs like a hawk — spot performance gaps early and act fast with the right support 🤝 Partner with Sales Managers, RevOps, and the Outbound Growth Lead to sharpen lead quality, targeting, and sequencing 🚀 Onboard new SDRs and ramp them fast — build the habits that turn new hires into top performers 📝 Help build and improve outbound playbooks, cadences, and messaging — iterate quickly on what works 🌱 Develop your team's careers — identify high performers and create real pathways into full-cycle sales roles 📢 Report on team performance to senior leadership with clarity — trends, blockers, opportunities You'll be great for this role if… You've been a top-performing SDR or inside sales rep and you're ready to bring others up with you You've already built or managed a team before — you know what it takes and you're not starting from zero You know what great outbound looks like — from prospecting and sequencing to objection handling — and you can teach it You're a hands-on, energetic leader who brings the heat even on tough days You're analytical and decisive — you use data to diagnose issues and make clear calls You co
