The Team You'll Work With You'll be joining our Funds team, specifically within the LP Transfers function. Our LP Transfers team manages the end-to-end transfer process for limited partner interests across multiple client accounts each quarter. Working alongside paralegals and senior lawyers, you'll own day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for complex multi-party transfer workflows. This team operates at the cutting edge of legal delivery, using AI-backed tools to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for some of the world's most sophisticated asset managers and investment funds. As a Funds Delivery Lawyer – LP Transfers, you'll work to: Supervise and mentor paralegals through complex LP transfer processes, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client playbooks and SLAs Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and counterparties, coordinating KYC/AML, transfer documentation, signing, and post-closing actions Own and evolve client playbooks and negotiation
