You'll own the product vision, the roadmap, and the full conversion funnel — while building and developing a team of 7+ Website Product Managers — all under the guidance of Kim , our VP Marketing. ➡️ What you'll do Set the vision and own the roadmap : Define Qonto's website product strategy and domains - and own measurable growth outcomes with clear success metrics. Own conversion performance end-to-end : Be accountable for funnel health, conversion rates, and user experience across all 8 markets — and lead root-cause investigation and corrective action when performance drops.
