Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 The Role We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support our Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market (PLGTM) organization. In this role, you’ll partner with managers and employees to navigate performance, development, and employee experience while helping the organization scale thoughtfully. You’ll provide practical guidance to managers, support key people processes, and ensure employee concerns are handled with care and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly responsive, and energized by solving people challenges in fast-growing environments. Just as importantly, you'll help lead our AI transformation. Every People team member is expected to work AI-first: leveraging AI to move faster and eliminate the manual work that gets in the way of high-value partnering. You won't just adopt these tools yourself; you'll build them and have a front-row seat to how AI reshapes the way we work and support our teams. What You’ll Do Partner with Leaders Serve as a trusted advisor to managers across the PLGTM organization. Provide clear guidance on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions. Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity. Support Performance & Talent Support performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans when needed. Partner with People team members on talent reviews, internal mobility, and team transitions. Help identify retention risks and support leaders in addressing them. Manage Employee Relations Triage and resolve employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Provide managers with
