The Billing Specialist ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely generation of customer invoices. Working at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Tax, this role maintains billing integrity across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, supports month-end close, and drives continuous process improvements. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, starting in October 2026. Key Responsibilities Invoice Generation & Compliance: Draft, validate, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms, internal controls, IFRS 15 revenue standards, and local tax/e-invoicing regulations. Contract & PO Review: Audit executed order forms and purchase orders prior to billing to prevent discrepancies and ensure accurate commercial terms. Exception & Query Management: Process credits, cancellations, and billing adjustments; resolve customer and internal bill
