Shape how our People function operates at scale. We’re looking for a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, secure and data-driven People function — owning global governance, driving Workday strategy, leading cross-functional cycles and helping us unlock the potential of automation and AI. What you’ll do 🌍 Global People Governance Own and drive alignment across global People processes, working closely with People Business Process Owners and senior People leadership. Act as a key escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters. Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure strong controls, segregation of duties and secure access to People data. ⚙️ Workday, Automation & Transformation Act as a strategic Business
