What you'll be doing As our Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll be the person who ensures the smooth daily operativity of the finance team through process execution, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Here's what that looks like in practice: Process Automation & Scripting - Identify, develop, and implement solutions to enhance financial workflows, actively writing and maintaining Python scripts to automate routine tasks and increase daily efficiency. Strategic Support - Collaborate with the Finance Team and other stakeholders to support new projects, ensuring operational alignment with tax, accounting, and treasury guidelines. Data Analysis & Engineering - Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting using programming skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data for treasury process optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work effectively across departments (including Tech and Data teams) to ensure smooth financial workflows and clear stakeholder communication.
