Executive programming and hands-on experiences are an important part of how we help customers understand and adopt AI. They bring together our technology, our people, and real customer challenges so leaders can explore what is possible and see how it applies to their organizations. About the Role We’re looking for a Strategic Experiences Lead to bring OpenAI’s technology to life through compelling executive programs and interactive customer experiences. You will combine storytelling, demonstrations, hands-on exploration, and conversations with our experts to help customers understand what our technology can do and imagine new ways to put it to work. Working with Product Marketing, technical teams, Design, and Events, you will take an idea from concept through delivery—shaping the programming, the interactions, and how they come together into a cohesive experience. Your work will span executive engagements, customer events, and other in-person settings. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who combines creative thinking with customer and commercial judgment. You will develop new concepts, test them with customers and partners, and lead the work required to deliver them at a consistently high standard. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the nature of the work, periods of more intensive onsite participation are expected as new experiences are designed and launched. Travel may be required.
