About the Role: As Chief of Staff you'll be the strategic copilot to Notion's Global Head of Sales. You'll work directly with our Global Head of Sales on the complex problems and decisions that drive our sales engine. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy being at the center of global sales strategy. Whether that's preparing for board meetings, facilitating cross-functional alignment, or representing the sales organization with key stakeholders. We're looking for someone who gets energized by revolutionary sales challenges like balancing self-serve and enterprise motions, transforming our business motions internally and externally with AI, and identifying new market opportunities. If you can seamlessly shift between analyzing business metrics, facilitating executive decision-making, and strong project management execution - this role is for you!
