About the Role & Team We are looking for a creative, agile, and trend-obsessed Social Media Content Creator based in Portugal to bring our global brand to life across local digital channels. This role is 100% focused on end-to-end content production—from ideation and scripting to capturing, editing, and optimizing native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit. If you live and breathe short-form video, know what makes content go viral in Portugal, and can turn brand stories into engaging mobile-first content, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Content Production: Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality, native short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and visual assets tailored specifically to the Portuguese audience. Agile & Reactive Content Creation: Stay ahead of local social media trends, viral audio, formats, and memes in Portugal to rapidly produce timely, reactive brand content.
