Your mission will be twofold: act as a trusted partner on sensitive compensation decisions and build the frameworks that will support Qonto’s long-term growth. You will work closely with Jean-Raphaël Demol , your future manager. As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Qonto, you will Partner with the business by advising Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers with benchmarks and guidance on hiring offers, promotions, retention cases and off-cycle reviews.
