From credit cards and personal loans to new lending products, we’re building simple, transparent ways for customers to borrow with confidence. You’ll join a highly collaborative team where Credit works closely with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Finance and Risk. We move quickly, test ideas, learn from data and continuously improve the experience for our customers. From day one, you'll be part of the team. You'll own meaningful work, solve real problems with data and help ship improvements that make borrowing better for our customers. 🚀 The scheme Over two years you’ll complete three eight-month rotations, giving you broad exposure to how modern credit works while helping you discover where your strengths lie. Along the way, you'll build technical skills, learn from experienced mentors and work on projects that have real business and customer impact.
