As an Operational Resilience Manager for Monzo Bank Limited (MBL), you will focus on the day-to-day coordination, execution, and operational maintenance of our resilience requirements and artefacts within the UK. You will support operational resilience within Monzo in alignment with global operational resilience policies and standards, working closely with the Senior Operational Resilience Manager to ensure we remain resilient. 🔑 What You'll Spend Your Time Doing… Important Business Services: Executing the identification and review of Monzo's Important Business Services (IBS) and mapping their underlying dependencies across people, processes, technology, facilities, and third parties. Monitoring Impact Tolerances: Supporting the monitoring and tracking of Monzo's Impact Tolerances, collecting metrics, and flagging potential breaches to key local stakeholders and global owners.
