We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team, dedicated to building intuitive and impactful financial products for a global audience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented design team to address customer needs, elevate design standards, and ensure a seamless user experience. Using data-driven insights alongside your skills in design, research, and prototyping, you’ll develop user-friendly solutions for complex challenges. Responsibilities: Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement. Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research. Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality. Collaborate with researchers to uncover actionable feedback, guiding meaningful usability improvements. Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts. Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all products. Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities. Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful journeys. Improve product performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements. Help maintain, evolve and improve the design system, as well as using it as a toolkit to ensure consistency. Requirements: 5+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps; A portfolio showcasing strong design work; Experience in SaaS products; Figma
