MongoDB is rapidly expanding its Strategic Account Marketing efforts to drive significant business growth with our highest-value Global accounts. We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Sr Marketing Manager to execute key programs in India for select strategic accounts, coordinating across Global account plans with peers in EMEA and AMER In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing 1:1 and 1:few Strategic Account Marketing plans to accelerate growth in our most important accounts that have a large developer and technical team presence in India. You will be a highly strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and a direct impact on our developer mindshare, upmarket initiatives, and revenue goals. This position will report to the Head of India Marketing, although will work very closely with with EMEA and AMER Strategic Account Marketing leaders, and the larger APJ marketing team. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for select Global accounts with developer arms in India. Work closely with account teams to uncover account-specific challenges, understand decision-making processes, and identify key personas, to drive the creation and execution of tailored marketing strategies and messaging that address the unique needs and interests of each account, unlock senior leadership and buying team engagement, and lead to growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with the strategic account marketing leads, developer advocacy teams, sales teams and customers to ensure delivery of a holistic DevRel Marketing program within each account.
