Overview About the Role This role is at the heart of innovation on one of our biggest bets - enabling retailers to go beyond configurations to make their site truly their own with custom UI and UX through code editing, AI prompting, and integrations with third party tools. This is also one of the areas with most ambiguity and least data, with latitude to set an ambitious vision and drive execution against it and regular C level visibility. The right person will have strong product sense and technical acumen to drive senior engineering towards the most meaningful outcome, align a complex group of stakeholders to a long term vision that bucks conventional wisdom in the organization, and can execute with very high throughput.
