Our UK customers can also save , invest and combine their pensions with us. With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers! We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️ 📍London/UK Remote | 💰£71,400 - £115,000 (Dependent on experience) + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits * ✨ We currently have two Payments Control Partner opportunities - a permanent role, and a 12 month Fixed-term contract (starting mid-late October). These roles sit within our Payments Collective, as part of our Controls Discipline (CD). ⭐ Our Risk & Control Discipline (RCD) Like any other regulated bank, we need to make sure we are managing our risks and controls, and are fully compliant with our regulation. At Monzo we want to do so while continuing with our agile “test and learn” approach to launching products. You’ll have a supporting role to help our Control Discipline make sure we successfully roll out and embed our risk management framework across the 1st line. ℹ️ About the roles Payments are at the heart of Monzo - enabling millions of customers to send, spend and receive money every day.
