What you'll be doing As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you'll scale and optimise Satispay’s operational foundations, driving operational excellence across all functions to support our hyper-growth trajectory across Europe. Here's what that looks like in practice: Strategic Operations - Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term company objectives, ensuring seamless execution across teams. Process Optimization - Identify operational bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and implement scalable processes that enhance overall business efficiency. Cross-Functional Leadership - Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Compliance to guarantee seamless end-to-end execution. Performance & Metrics - Define, track, and drive key operational KPIs, establishing robust reporting frameworks to ensure data-driven decision-making. Scalability & Infrastructure - Build resilient operational systems and frameworks capable of supporting rapid user acquisition and geographical expansion.
