In this role, you’ll help our restaurant partners grow their businesses by improving their delivery operations, attracting new customers, and leveraging our latest technology. Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team. We focus on high-volume, desk-based relationship management, acting as the primary link between Deliveroo and our diverse partner base to ensure they get the very best out of our platform. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Strategic Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts through a desk-based model, using email, phone, and video calls to drive partner success. Consultative Growth: Guide partners on how to improve the delivery experience and adopt new technology and perks to stay competitive. Campaign Execution: Drive engagement with national and local marketing opportunities to improve key metrics, including order volume growth and partner retention. Cross-Fun
