Why Deliveroo for Work Deliveroo for Work is growing fast in Belgium, and we’re looking for a Business Development Associate to help shape the future of workplace food. In this role, you’ll engage with companies and help them transform how their teams eat at work — from daily employee meals to team lunches, evening shifts and corporate events. You’ll work closely with HR, Workplace and Procurement teams to position Deliveroo as their go-to solution for workplace food, while driving new business across the Belgian market. The role We are a small, high-impact team, moving fast, valuing ownership and constantly looking for new ideas. This position is based in Brussels with a hybrid working model and will report to the Sales Lead (based in Paris). The primary role of the Business Development Associate is to drive new business by engaging with corporations and positioning Deliveroo for Work as their preferred partner for workplace food solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across target sectors in Belgium Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to activation.
