About the Role As a Product Operations Specialist for Ramp Travel, you will help build and scale the workflows that make business travel simple, reliable, and well-controlled for our customers. You will own the operational health of meaningful parts of the Travel product experience, from booking and policy workflows through expense automation and issue resolution. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, product development, and operational execution. In close partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, customer-facing teams, and external travel partners, you will use data and customer feedback to identify friction, shape the roadmap, improve product quality, and support high-impact launches. Beyond the Travel vertical, you will contribute to the systems and tooling that enable Ramp's Product and Engineering organizations to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, customer-feedback collection, internal enablement, and support processes, while directly shipping improvements that reduce customer friction. *Plea
