If you are looking for a fast-paced environment and are willing to take ownership, this is the right opportunity for you! About the Role We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth work and internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside. Key responsibilities Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops. Assist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships. Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved. Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools. Assist with market benchmarking and research on potential prospects, preparing background briefs and use-cases.
