The Revenue Operations & Distribution function enables sustainable growth across CFC by delivering high-quality broker data, market intelligence and commercial insight that shape how we partner with brokers globally. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Distribution and Underwriting leadership, providing the analysis and intelligence that informs territory planning, broker strategy and investment decisions. As a key owner of broker performance insights and market intelligence, you'll help drive senior-level discussions on growth opportunities, distribution effectiveness and strategic priorities across our global business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, commercial insight and stakeholder engagement to help shape distribution strategy and business performance.
