As part of the Agile & Delivery Practice, the Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for enabling predictable, transparent and high-quality delivery of business outcomes across one or more teams. The role works in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Quality and business stakeholders to ensure that the right priorities are delivered at the right time, risks and dependencies are proactively managed, and delivery progress is communicated clearly. Agile Delivery Leads drive continuous improvement in delivery performance through effective planning, coordination, measurement and coaching. They focus on improving delivery flow, reducing impediments, supporting healthy team dynamics and fostering collaboration across teams and domains to maximise value delivery and organisational effectiveness.
