At CFC, developing the right skills is critical to how we grow, innovate and perform. As Skills Development Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how we build the expertise needed to support the next phase of CFC's growth. Working closely with business leaders, HRBPs and the wider Talent & Development team, you'll identify priority skills, design practical development solutions and help create clear pathways for people to grow their careers at CFC. Operating in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, you'll lead initiatives across skills development, career frameworks, job architecture and management development, helping ensure our people have the skills needed to succeed today and in the future. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, influencing how skills are developed across the business and delivering work that has a visible impact on performance and growth.
