Job Summary 🛠️ What You'll Do Own the growth infrastructure that turns traffic into paying customers across Threecolts’ self-serve products, spanning website, funnel conversion, lifecycle, and performance. This is a senior, hands-on role. Threecolts is deliberately building a lean marketing team that operates at high capacity using AI, which means senior people build as well as lead. You’ll be expected to ship pages, journeys, tests, and improvements directly rather than relying on designers, developers, or large execution teams. You’ll own the website and page production layer, including site architecture, page builds, and extending our component library so new pages can launch in days rather than weeks.
