About the Role: The Global Tax team is expanding to support Hims & Hers' continued growth across EMEA. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented tax professional to serve as the tax lead for our EMEA region. The Tax Manager, EMEA will take ownership of all tax provision, compliance, and tax audit matters for the region, working closely with external advisors and local finance/accounting teams and partnering with the U.S.-based corporate tax team on cross-border tax matters. This role will report to the Senior Manager, International Tax. Responsibilities: Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions for the EMEA entities under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, working closely with accounting/finance teams and external tax advisors. Assist with operational tax matters such as withholding taxes and tax registrations. Support and manage tax audits, enquiries and correspondence with local tax authorities.
