About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded finance leader to own our Germany and AMEA Expansion Market's financial strategy and lay the foundations for European expansion. You'll act as the central voice on performance, forecasting, and financial decision-making. From CAC and contribution margin to free cash flow and scenario planning, you’ll be responsible for turning financial insight into action. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders across growth, operations, product, and care to shape the our Germany and AMEA Expansion Market's financial trajectory, while ensuring the business runs efficiently and invests wisely. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where the stakes, and the pace, are high. While this role is DE and Expansion market focused today, it has clear runway to grow into a broader European leadership role as we expand across new markets and business lines.
