Your creative field At GPORTAL , our vision is to build individual and easy-to-use online gaming experiences for the world. Driven by our “from gamer for gamer” passion, we've grown into one of the leading game server providers - offering more than just servers, unlike other hosting companies. For over 20 years, we've been bringing virtual worlds into people's homes with just a few clicks. Our mission: enabling experts and beginners alike to play their favourite games together with their friends. From Palworld and Enshrouded to Minecraft and Battlefield, we offer around 100 multiplayer games across every genre. GPORTAL is looking for a Director Marketing who is ready to take the wheel of our entire marketing department, performance marketing, social media, partner management, community management, and graphic design. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be part of the core management team from day one, with the kind of ownership over people and KPIs you will not find in every gaming company. In your first six months, the priority is simple: keep the team running strong while you get a real feel for GPORTAL's business, our vision, and where we are headed. You will take full budget responsibility, from managing current spend and staying on top of marketing invoices to building the annual forecast. You will also size up the market to derive strategic conclusions on where we push next. From there, you settle in as a driving force in our management team and sharpen how the marketing department works so it is well set up for the future. That includes working hand in hand with our tech teams on product-related topics such as checkout flows or game updates and launches. You also take full responsibility for onboarding, managing, and offboarding our external agencies and freelancers. On top of that, you build real connections with the marketing team over at Contabo Group to create synergies wherever possible. Just as important: brand visibility and closeness to the commun
