About the Team: About the Team: Our team brings OpenAI’s most capable technology to the world through our products. We've released ChatGPT, GPT6-Astra, and Codex. We empower consumers and developers alike to use and access our state-of-the-art AI models, allowing them to do things that they’ve never been able to before. Across OpenAI’s enterprise product suite, it is critical to offer organizations the technology to securely establish, connect, and manage people and non-human identities across OpenAI products. The Enterprise Identity team builds shared identity foundations and enterprise controls for authentication and federation, provisioning and lifecycle, secure access, session management and revocation, administration, auditability, and access visibility so identity and access can be governed consistently across products. We build the foundational systems that enable organizations to adopt OpenAI products with confidence.. Our work underpins enterprise security, IT integration, and the safe deployment of AI at scale, making sure the right people have the right access at the right time. About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager for OpenAI’s Enterprise Identity product efforts. You will lead efforts to deliver critical capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, and identity federation across all OpenAI products, enabling enterprises to securely manage users, data, and access in complex organizational environments. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure our identity systems meet the needs of organizations ranging from high-growth startups to the world’s largest enterprises. Your work will directly enable safe, large-scale enterprise adoption of frontier AI. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.
