About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how Nivoda explains itself: the positioning, the messaging, and the story that makes independent jewellers understand why we are worth switching to. This is the foundation the rest of marketing is built on, from paid campaigns to sales conversations. You will define who we are for, what we say, and why it lands, and then arm the whole go-to-market team to say it consistently. This is a hands-on role. You will own positioning and messaging, lead the go-to-market for new product launches, sharpen our competitive edge, and build the sales enablement that turns interest into customers. You will start as a senior individual contributor with real ownership of product marketing end to end. As the company grows there is room to build a function beneath you, but this is a role for a builder who wants to do the work, not just direct it. What would you be doing? Own Nivoda’s positioning and messaging: define who we are for, the problems we solve, and the words we use, and keep them sharp as the business evolves. Lead the go-to-market for product launches.
