Solution Design Architect (AI / Transformation / Creative Operations) Language requirement: fluency in German or Spanish Location: Germany (primarily remote) and regular business travel across EMEA Employment: 18-month FTC with view to extend About the role: We're hiring a Solution Design Architect to help us win and shape new business. You'll sit in the room with senior client stakeholders, including CMOs, and turn their challenges into operating models, workflows and commercial models (team shapes, asset rates, outcome-based structures) that we can deliver. You'll bring the commercial judgement to validate the numbers, the process thinking to design better ways of working, and the technical and channel knowledge to lead the conversation when specialists aren't there. Quick on your feet and calm under pressure, you'll be supported by our Commercial and Implementation teams. Key Responsibilities: New Business and Client Engagement Lead the operational and solution design element of new client pitches, presenting with credibility and confidence to senior client stakeholders, including CMOs and marketing leadership. Formulate solutions in real time during pitches, workshops and challenging client discussions, staying composed and commercially sharp. Own the conversation on technology and data when technical spec
