By owning our end-to-end operations and developing our technology in-house, we are able to deliver a customer experience built around freshness, speed, reliability and a broad assortment of both local and international products. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Vice President Operations to lead the next stage of our operational development across Europe. This is one of the most critical executive roles in the company, combining full ownership of the performance, scalability and continuous improvement of Rohlik’s end-to-end operations across all markets with a highly visible, hands-on mandate that requires moving confidently between group strategy and detailed operational performance. Why this role is exciting You will lead the operational agenda of one of Europe’s most ambitious and complex e-grocery businesses. You will have a direct impact on growth, profitability and customer experience across multiple countries. You will shape how our operations scale, from fulfillment and supply chain to last-mile delivery and customer operations. You will lead both operational performance and long-term transformation, including automation, technology and new-market readiness. You will influence the daily experience of millions of customers and thousands of employees across Europe. What you will own and deliver You will take full ownership of Rohlik’s group-wide operations strategy and execution, ensuring that our operating model delivers consistent performance today while remaining ready for future growth.
