About the team The Environments team is part of the Workplace organization at Stripe, within the broader Finance organization. The team combines expertise in project delivery, interior design, and space planning to create welcoming, functional spaces that balance operational integrity with craft, beauty, and moments of whimsy. The team applies consistent global principles and high standards while responding to local culture, context, and user needs. The goal is to create workplaces that function intuitively, reflect Stripe, and help employees do their best work. What you'll do You'll shape and deliver workplaces across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leading projects that range from targeted improvements to complex fit-outs and major developments. You'll partner with regional and global teams to turn workplace strategy and standards into spaces that respond to local context and user needs. This role requires travel within Europe and occasional international travel based on project needs. Responsibilities Lead multiple workplace projects of varying sizes, complexity, and stages, with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and delivery Translate global workplace strategy, design guidelines, and operational standards into locally effective project plans and outcomes Establish project governance, including decision rights, stakeholder checkpoints, escal
