Role Overview MDOTM is looking for an Agile delivery manager to join our organisation. This is a company-wide role: you will own the way we work across all our technical teams, while acting as the connective tissue between engineering and the business. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, protect focus, and make delivery predictable, linking day-to-day execution to our OKR-driven planning cycle so that what teams build maps clearly to what the company has committed to. As we grow, you will be the person who makes sure our ways of working scale with us, supporting the delivery of Sphere, our proprietary AI-driven investment platform. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the full set of agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) across the teams you support, keeping them purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-oriented. Act as the point of reference for agile methodology across the company, establishing a consistent way of working while allowing each team the flexibility it genuinely needs. Extend agile practices beyond engineering, starting with product and marketing and progressively bringing other business functions into the same planning and delivery rhythm.
