Aufgaben Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail You lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C products on the Kaufland Global Marketplace, aligning company goals with customer needs You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to deliver high-quality digital products You design and ship LLM-powered product features that elevate the shopping experience and shape how people shop, from the first concept and prompt design through evaluation, quality monitoring, and continuous iteration in production You drive a rigorous experimentation culture: you form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and turn results into product decisions that drive customer engagement and conversion You define tracking concepts together with analytics teams and use funnel and behavioral data to continually optimize the product so customers can discover, evaluate, and buy the right products with ease You work hand-in-hand with UX designers and researchers to craft intuitive customer journeys, validate them through user research and usability testing, and iterate fast You identify customer nee
