About the Role At OLX, Design is more than aesthetics, it's how millions of people build trust, discover opportunities, and connect with their communities. As Principal Brand Designer, you'll shape how OLX and its portfolio of brands are experienced across every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you'll define the visual principles, creative systems, and brand standards that unite a diverse portfolio while allowing each brand to express its unique identity. This is a highly strategic, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines exceptional craft with systems thinking, influences through expertise, and embraces AI as a catalyst for creativity, consistency, and scale. Working in close partnership with Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Design, Communications, Employer Brand and regional teams, you'll translate business strategy, customer insights and brand positioning into cohesive creative systems that strengthen brand equity, build customer trust and accelerate high-quality execution across the organisation. You'll establish the creative vision and quality bar for brand design, while building the frameworks, governance and tools that enable teams worldwide to create distinctive, consistent and impactful brand experiences.
