At Rohlik, we own our end-to-end operations — from in-house technology and automated distribution centers to last-mile delivery. Delivering thousands of products same-day requires an operational backbone built on advanced warehouse automation, goods-to-person (G2P) systems, and highly efficient intralogistics. The Automation department leads large-scale warehouse projects across the Group, enabling safe, high-performing, and customer-centric fulfillment operations in all our markets. As Head of Warehouse Projects , you will own the delivery execution of major CapEx implementation projects — from retrofits and G2P integrations in legacy sites to full layout rollouts for new expansion sites across Europe. You are the single point of accountability for bringing approved designs to life. Taking an signed-off operational layout, you will drive the entire program through site readiness, vendor management, budget control, and commissioning — delivering fully operational sites on time, on budget, and ready for local teams. Cutting-edge automation: Direct hands-on delivery of large-scale CapEx projects involving advanced goods-to-person (G2P/AS-RS) systems, conveyors, racking, and automated material handling. European expansion scope: Play a central role in scaling Rohlik’s operational footprint across multiple European countries. High organizational visibility: Interface directly with leadership across Automation, Engineering, Procurement, Facilities, and Operations. High-impact execution: Transform theoretical engineering designs into fully functioning, high-throughput fulfillment hubs.
