Role As a Senior AI Strategist (German Speaker), you are the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping the organization turn AI opportunities into successful, sustainable solutions. You will operate at the intersection of change management, stakeholder management, and AI delivery. Your role is to create alignment, bring structure to ambiguity, manage expectations, and ensure that teams and stakeholders move together towards the desired outcome. You will work closely with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Business stakeholders, IT, and senior leadership. While you won’t be expected to write code, you should be technically fluent enough to understand AI projects, challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs, and translate technical topics into clear business implications.
