About the Role Emerging Talent is an important part of how Ramp builds for the long term. It gives us the opportunity to meet exceptional people early, build relationships before they enter the broader talent market, and develop the next generation of Ramp talent. We’re hiring an Emerging Talent Operations Associate to help run the operational foundation behind our internship and new-grad programs. You’ll partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to keep candidate data, interviews, offers, onboarding, and intern support moving smoothly. You’ll help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for interns, potential conversion to full-time. This is a hands-on role for someone organized and resourceful who enjoys making complex programs feel seamless. As you learn the work, you’ll help improve processes, templates, and simple automations. This is a temporary, full-time role with strong potential to convert to a permanent full-time position.
