About the Role Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and paid media is one of the highest-leverage ways we bring that story to new audiences. We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Social Manager to own campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. This person will manage the day-to-day work required to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while partnering closely with growth creative, product marketing, and growth stakeholders. The immediate priority is strong platform execution: keeping campaigns moving quickly and accurately while freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy. Over time, this person can grow into broader ownership of channel strategy, cross-functional launches, and Ramp’s paid acquisition program. Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses.
