This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class team in the Customer Support Services sector, where your linguistic expertise will directly influence client satisfaction and service delivery in one of the most exciting jobs in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing high-level technical and administrative support. Resolve complex inquiries through multiple channels, maintaining the high standards expected in the Customer Support Services industry. Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service experience for every client. Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with internal departments to implement long-term service improvements. Contribute to team KPIs by maintaining high service efficiency and customer satisfaction scores. Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring they get the most value out of our service offerings. Stay updated on company policies and service updates to provide precise, professional information to the Danish-speaking market. Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
