As a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) in the Banking & Payment Operations team, you’ll be part of a cross-functional, agile team that ensures smooth and secure loan accounting and cash flows between investors and borrowers. You will collaborate closely with product and business teams, share your expertise with peers, and continuously raise the bar for code quality and technical excellence. Knowledge Sharing & Engineering Influence: Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence by sharing knowledge, improving team practices, and promoting high standards for software development. Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, actively contribute to design reviews, and address root causes of recurring technical challenges.
