Your Responsibilities You'll be the marketing lead for your region (UK, Ireland and BeNeLux), reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing. You decide where the money goes, you run the campaigns, and you're measured on the pipeline you create. Build the plan. Set your region's marketing strategy with your commercial lead: targets, channels, budget and calendar. Then change it when the market does. Fill the pipeline. Run full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, email, events and partners. Take global campaigns and make them work in your markets. Hand Sales leads they actually want to call. Spend like it's your own money. You get full control of your budget. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and show the return on every euro. Turn partners into growth.
