This position is open to both external, and internal applicants. About Lush Spa Cardiff We are a top 10 store in the UK&I for sales, parties and spa profitability. If you are business focused and have a passion for numbers, we want to work with you to develop those skills. Building the spa and shop floor party business is an important part of our role and it's a collaborative effort. We're looking for a Seasonal Supervisor who can help us build on our recent successes and support the team in reaching our goals. We are day makers for our customers and as members of the management team, we want to be day makers for our team too. Coaching conversations to help staff see their potential, training to develop their knowledge for our products and experiences and leadership they can lean on and approach when they need to are all key to the role.
