As Senior Product Manager , you will lead one of our trading product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Sports product. Specifically, you will progress our Football offer and proposition, working closely with our Quants, Engineering and Trading teams to leverage our internal Football model and differentiate Super from our competitors. What the role involves Customer and Competitor Insight Lead on customer understanding, discovery and defining customer value for our products. Leverage AI to drive discovery and utilise customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and behaviour. Make data-driven decisions using customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data, working with AI & Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities needed to measure customer behaviour and product engagement. Define what success looks like for our product and take responsibility for its measurement in-life, testing and iterating to achieve the product objectives, whilst maintaining ongoing awareness of our key competitors and their offering.
